Setup
- In Proliferate, create an automation and add a PostHog trigger.
- Copy the webhook URL shown in the trigger settings.
- In PostHog, go to Data pipelines → Destinations → Webhook and create a destination.
- Paste the webhook URL and enable the destination.
- (Optional) Use PostHog Filters to limit which events are sent.
Trigger configuration
- Event names (optional): Only trigger on specific PostHog events.
- Property filters (optional): Only trigger when specific event properties match exact values.
- Require signature verification (optional): Enable only if your PostHog destination can send a shared secret header or signature. If you are unsure, leave this off.
