Proliferate is built for teams. Organizations let you share repositories, sessions, secrets, and integrations with your teammates.

Organizations

Every user gets a personal organization automatically at signup. You can also create team organizations to collaborate with others. Team organizations share a single billing account, repository configuration, and integration setup. All sessions and automations within an org are visible to its members.

Roles

Each member has a role that determines what they can do:
RolePermissions
OwnerFull control. Manage billing, team, integrations, and all settings.
AdminManage integrations, billing, and team members. Cannot transfer ownership.
MemberUse all features, view sessions, assign work to agents. Cannot manage billing or team settings.
Every organization has exactly one owner. Ownership cannot be changed through the UI.

Inviting Teammates

To invite someone to your organization:
1

Open Settings

Navigate to Settings from the sidebar.
2

Go to Team

Select the Team tab.
3

Send Invite

Click Invite, enter their email address, and select a role. The invitee will receive an email with a link to join.
Invitations expire after 7 days. If an invitation expires, you can send a new one.
Invitees do not need an existing Proliferate account. They can sign up when they accept the invitation.

Domain Suggestions

When a user signs up with an email address that matches your organization’s allowed domain (e.g., @yourcompany.com), they may see a suggestion to join your organization. This makes it easy for teammates to find and join the right org without needing a direct invitation.

Switching Organizations

If you belong to multiple organizations (personal and team, or multiple teams), you can switch between them using the organization switcher in the sidebar. Switching organizations changes the context for all features — sessions, repositories, secrets, and integrations are scoped to the active organization.
