Support
Report a bug or pitch an idea from inside Proliferate, and hear back by email.
The fastest way to reach us is from inside the app. Send feedback is for bugs, Submit a prompt is for things you want built. Both reply by email.
Open it#
Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner to open the account menu, then choose Send feedback or Submit a prompt. You can also press Command S⌘S (Ctrl SCtrlS on Windows/Linux) anywhere in the app, or run Open Support from the command palette, to jump straight to Send feedback.
Both windows need a signed-in Cloud session so your report can upload. If the menu items are greyed out, sign in first.
Send feedback#
Describe what happened, then attach anything that helps. Drag, paste, or browse for files — up to 25 MB each, 100 MB total. The toggles:
| Toggle | What it does |
|---|---|
| This is urgent | We email you by tomorrow. |
| Let me know when you fix this | We email you once it's resolved. |
| Credit me | Adds your name or handle to the issue we file. |
| Include app logs | Attaches app logs with the report. On by default. |
Diagnostics for your most recent workspace come along automatically, so there is no need to file a GitHub issue for the same thing. Diagnostics and attachments stay private.
Submit a prompt#
Write your idea as a prompt for a coding agent: what you want and how it should behave. If we like it, we run it and merge the result. Credit me if this merges attaches your name.
Where replies go#
Updates go to your account email, shown above the Send button. Click change to use another address and we remember it. Urgent reports get a reply by tomorrow.
